At ONCRUX, we deeply value our partnerships and are dedicated to offering exceptional service and support to our wholesale clientele. Here are our standard wholesale guidelines:

 

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $500. No discount codes or additional steps are required. Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders.

Shipping Fees

Orders under $500 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee based on the destination. The applicable shipping rate will be displayed at checkout or provided with your order.

Order Processing Time

Once payment has been received and your order is confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. This includes picking, packing, preparing, and generating the shipping documentation for your order.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may occasionally be longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will do our best to communicate that with you.

Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, transit time typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Orders traveling shorter distances may arrive sooner, while orders going across the country may require additional transit time.

Total Lead Time

Please allow approximately 3–8 business days from the time payment is received to delivery:

  • 2–3 business days: Order processing and preparation
  • 1–5 business days: Carrier transit time

Please keep in mind that transit times are estimates and are dependent on the carrier once the package has left our facility. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information can result in delays, additional shipping charges, or returned shipments.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available so you can monitor its progress.

If you have a time-sensitive order or need your shipment by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.


Event Sponsorships

Through our Community First Initiative, ONCRUX is committed to supporting athletic, recreational, and sporting communities of all sizes — from grassroots competitions and local events to larger gym-hosted and organized events. We believe consistent access to support helps strengthen the communities and activities that bring people together.

To sustainably support 300+ events each year, ONCRUX has standardized our event sponsorship program into a pre-built sponsorship package. This allows us to keep the process simple, fair, and consistent while continuing to support organizations and communities year after year.

Sponsorship Eligibility

Each eligible organization, facility, club, team, or ONCRUX wholesale partner is eligible to receive one standard sponsorship package per calendar year.

Sponsorships may support competitions, tournaments, community events, or other organized sporting and recreational activities. Eligible organizations may include climbing gyms, gymnastics facilities, powerlifting gyms, disc golf organizations, clubs, teams, and other similar community-based organizations.

All sponsorship requests are subject to ONCRUX approval and availability.

Standard Sponsorship Package

Each approved sponsorship includes $172 in retail-value ONCRUX products, consisting of:

  • 6 × 2 oz Liquid Chalk
  • 8 × 2 oz Block Chalk
  • 2 × 5 oz Crumble Chalk
  • 2 × 7 oz Powder Chalk
  • 1 × 2 oz Hand Salve

The standard package is designed to provide a variety of ONCRUX products that can be used for prizes, giveaways, competitor awards, or other event-related purposes.

Sponsorship Limitations

Because ONCRUX supports a large number of events throughout the year, we use a standardized sponsorship package rather than creating custom packages for individual events.

Sponsorship packages cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or modified on an event-by-event basis.

Our goal is to make sponsorship support consistent, sustainable, and accessible to as many communities as possible.
